About the event
Curious about breathwork and meditation, and how it can help connect you to your inner self? Join us as we gather in community, and go within. New to breathwork? No problem!
There will be a guided breathwork session to help calm, ground, and center. The breathwork then transitions into a guided meditation, where you connect to your intuition and see what is blossoming as we transition to spring. The meditation will close out with a guided journaling practice, and then time with the group to connect with other women.
